Fairview Elementary School is proud to maintain a wide variety of community partnerships over the years. 

• Backpack Buddies (non-perishable items provided to qualifying families on a weekly basis)
• Banneker Center (provides after-school programming for students)
• Boys and Girls Club (provides after-school programming for students)
• CanopyBloomington (tree project)
• City of Bloomington Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commission
• College Mentors (weekly program for participating students in grades 1-6)
• Community Artists
• Community Master Gardeners
• Hoosier Hills Career Center (students participate in field experience)
• IU Volunteers (education students, nursing students, law students, and athletes)
• Richard Lewis (annual Opera fundraiser)
